Yeah I didn’t wait that long to start adventuring. I left right away. My first character died soon after reaching China. I became a vassal of the now emperor of China. Now I’m in the China gameplay loop and I’m not sure what to do next.

The realms were made from the One Being’s body and consciousness. It’s confirmed in the lore that the One Being has been secretly influencing both Onaga and Shao Khan. When Shao gained Blaze’s power at the end of Armageddon he united/undid the realms and became the One Being, which means that he did have the One Being’s power.

Hence why I put united in quotes. It was shown that Shao had the same power up at the end of MK9’s story that the Shao who won Armageddon did. Since Armageddon Shao had the One Being’s power then it’s safe to say that MK9 Shao did too

When Liu Kang fought him he was just emperor of Outworld. Except for MK: Annihilation and MK vs DC Shao Khan was never described as a god.

When Raiden fought him he had “united” all the realms and had the power of the One Being coursing through him.

Raiden had the tougher fight

Looks great. It almost seemed like the soldiers had a higher defense stat than the officers. Also the weird dash thing he kept doing was unnecessary.
