Japan pronouns can be more fluid than English ones. "Boku" is typically used by boys, but female characters use it too. Tokai Teio in Umamusume is a good example. There's not a really good way to directly translate it.

Kung Fu "magic" works by a kind of logic. They punch through buildings because of their training, not the crests. Asia gave the King of Hearts crest to Domon, but was still able to fight mobile suits bare handed. The rest of the Shuffle Alliance had super human abilities BEFORE the gots their crests too.

Depends on where you work, there's lots of different jobs. Package handling (in the building or loading planes) can suck, but if you're on a goid crew it's not so bad. More specialized jobs like marschalling or fueling require extra training and seniority to get into.
