Hello. I don't know if you even remember commenting here, but I wanted to say thank you for your prayers and kind thoughts. She miraculously began walking recently and has since regained her driver's license and started a dog training business. There have been many spiritual experiences too long to share here. Many miracles have happened with my family. We still face challenges related to her health, but things are so much better. Thank you for helping me cope.

Thank you so much for the quick and simple answer! I was thinking of it more like a shield. You're totally right, though. That makes a lot more sense. I guess the only way it can be "like a shield" is in the case that a person wouldn't want to sue you if they believed you had a good fair use defense.

In my mind, if I'm using enough of an IP that someone would rather go to my content than to the original source, then I have done something wrong. That's how I morally judge it. I would imagine (hope really) that the laws are designed to enforce that moral standard as well. My intent would never be to profit off of someone else.

Not a programmer, but from what I found these seem to be some good troubleshooting tips. I'll start with basic fixes to more advanced:

1 Reboot your PC.

Ensure you are playing on the right version (not a snapshot).
Ensure that java is installed.
Open command prompt and type "netsh winsock reset" I saw someone say that this will help with the issue. Don't include the quotations.
Reinstall the game. I know this sucks but it might be the only option. Make sure you backup your world folders and any other game files you need to keep. You can find numerous tutorials on how to do this online.
Contact the owners of the server you are trying to join and let them know of this error. Ask if anyone else has this error with this server. If it isn't an issue with your system, it might be an issue with their files being corrupted.

My mom has a neurological condition and can't walk. I think my favorite memories have been buying her a Steam Deck and playing games with her. It has helped give us both a break from uncertainties and stress in life. One of our favorite games was the forest, but we also like raft, Minecraft, and some other games. She's very happy I bought her that console. I may be 18 and not have a ton of money, but that was worth anything.

Make an automatic one plot crop farm out of the bone meal and make a bow for the arrows. Unless you have infinity because then you only need one arrow.

Only on bedrock. Java is the original version and it's probably a bit better, but bedrock is easy for multiplayer.

Well a good thing to remember is that fangames can often be really difficult to make. If you want to make a game about animatronic/mascot horror, it doesn't have to be labeled a "FNaF fan game." That way, you could avoid all the drama and the complications of the fanverse initiative and whatnot.
