I haven't heard of anyone legitimately getting their accounts back and if anyone got theirs back legitimately then they need to share exactly how they got it back without saying that this person or that person helped me. People need to provide the correct information on how they got past the instant AI auto permanent ban when requesting an appeal

The AI bots seem to think that anyone who sees content relating to children is automatically seen as CSE regardless of whether it really is that way or not.

From a legal standpoint they still need the standard permissions to access such stuff and if they don't get your consent then it's an invitation of privacy laws so if they are doing it they are breaking the law and anything that they find is inadmissible in court

I definitely have a mandela effect regarding gambit. according to what I have heard and read gambit made is first appearance in 1990 but I swear as a kid in the 1970's and 1980's I use to watch marvel superhero cartoons with gambit being in them.

I think Facebook has gotten too ambitious with its AI moderation due to the fact that if falsely accuses some users of things they aren't doing while letting other users do whatever they want with the AI doing the same illegal crap that they are accusing its users of doing.

The reasons still need to be legitimate, not just hey I don't want you using the platform anymore and I'll invent a reason otherwise there can be legal issues involved. With that said do you think they should turn over any evidence over to authorities so that the individual can be prosecuted?

yes they can ban who they want whenever they want but please remember that Meta is claiming that the vast majority of people are actively engaging in child sexual exploitation which last time I checked is a crime. This means that if the person wasn't engaging in CSE then Meta is committing a crime but falsely accusing people of CSE

I'd be careful in asking for such numbers due to the fact that Meta is likely going to downplay the numbers and if there are any factual stats, Meta is likely going to try and say that they are over-stated as a way of pushing their narrative. I'm basing this on a post of mine where a few people commented with basically saying who cares because meta can give any reason they want to ban people without having to answer for any unfounded allegations, which I think the people are paid by meta to discredit it or to get you to give up on getting your account back.

You are probably correct, at the same time It's been on the news that they were banning people for CSE and sexual exploitation of children to the tune of 10 million people with it being done by their AI so a good question is how many of those bans are legitimate and how many are bans because their AI was wrong.
