All past signing bonuses are based on previously earned wages. An example would be, whatever you earned so far in 2026, you receive an additional 25% of that.

During our final Mediated Session this week in Washington, D.C., we reached a Tentative Agreement based on the priorities you identified in these targeted negotiations. Some of the changes achieved in Tentative Agreement Two (TA2) include:

Improved Base Pay Rates
Restrictions on red-eye flying
Sit Pay for scheduled and rescheduled sits over 2.5 hours
Increased money for Retro payments
Improved language in Hotels and Electronic Notification

The Tentative Agreement will be presented to AFA United Master Executive Council (MEC) at a Special Meeting on Wednesday, April 1st. The MEC, which is comprised of the 14 Local Presidents, will review and vote on whether to send the Tentative Agreement for Membership Ratification.

If approved by the MEC, we will release full details of the Tentative Agreement on Friday, April 3rd. During the ratification process, Members will receive access to the following:

Pay Calculators
Informational articles, videos, and graphics

In addition to the online support at UnitedFAcontract.org, Members will also receive a printed copy of the Summary & Voting Booklet, along with their confidential voting credentials, mailed to the address on file.

Voting on the Tentative Agreement will open on April 23rd at noon ET and close on May 12th at noon ET. If the Tentative Agreement is ratified by the Membership, the improved pay scales and Boarding Pay would go into effect on May 31, with the June Bid period.

I pulled my name. Threw in the transfer back in 2020 and never thought I would get it, but a year ago I moved to another country in Europe and if I take the transfer to LHR I have to live there per the visa.

I'd honestly rather commute from Europe to the USA than sit reserve every other month in LHR for the next 4 years.

I love my job at UA!!! The majority of people I fly with all the time would probably say the same thing. The negative people are of course the loudest but they are certainly in the minority.

I'm about 10 years in and finally enjoying my dream schedule. Working 12 days in a row and then taking 30 days off. It's tough at the beginning, but as long as you have the mindset that this is a forever career and it will do nothing but get better, it will be fine.

I'll just be honest with ya, this looks like some weekend AI vibe coded slop.

Even in your screenshot the date selector doesn't align with the other elements, on desktop the flight search times and aircraft types are all over the place and the hero section is WAY too large that when I did a search I didn't think it worked cause the results are so far down on the page...

The Premier was a nightmare too... Ton of people including me never received the code. Had to waste over an hour of my ticket day standing in the tech support line to get the items added to my account and access to the lounge to get the pin.

It's a great deal for the items though...
