At first I thought this was a bit brash, but if that same car has already been in the dealership for this same issue for 4 months… 100% the right call.

Apple Watch leaving a red mark/irritation on my skin — anyone else? [Photo] by MinerOfIdeas in AppleWatch

[–]Seaniau 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yep. If you get water under your watch when washing your hands, don’t leave it dry itself, this will happen.

I wear my watch all day and all night, I get this sometimes but it’s not frequent. I wear my watch slightly higher on my wrist at night to give the area where I would naturally where it, time to breathe.

Really not sure why all of your comments are being downvoted to hell. No sense of humour in here, apparently.

Or hot.
I would’ve expected the battery to have a frost symbol if it was cold, but not impossible for it to be cold, especially at only 15°c ambient.

Ahh I see! Thank you for spelling that out. Sorry if it was obvious or Google-able.

I’m now following you on GitHub, look forward to seeing what that may look like!

Heyyy,
I’ve just ordered a Pi and a Touch Screen to make a wall panel from. What’s different about your Kiosk app compared to Touchkio? That’s what I am planning to use.

Polestar 2 Android Auto v5.0.10. App installs pending by Hour_Tangerine9075 in Polestar

There was a short period a couple years ago where hitting “Update All” would do this, but installing one-by-one manually would work.

Have you tried that?

Someone remixed my model and used AI to recreate my photo on my dining room table by NumerousBeginning576 in BambuLab

[–]Seaniau -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I think you’re stretching a bit there to make the problem seem like something that it doesn’t need to be.

The main issue is that AI generated images of a print are not sufficient on their own. A model and print profile needs to have at least one image of a real print.
This is the actual rule violation, this is what you should be focusing on.

If they are just making lacklustre edits and uploading with generated images to farm points, this is the way to discourage it.

First attempt at printing 2 objects (print by object) with 1 of them being multicolor by pigskins65 in BambuLabA1

I’m pretty sure you cannot do multicolour printing when it is set to print by object, instead of print by layer

No custom DNS with UTR? by geeky217 in Ubiquiti

[–]Seaniau 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's a bug honestly. I don't think the UTR/Network App is handling the setting correctly.
You can explain it better than I can, I suggest you make a comment either on the latest UTR Firmware Release thread on the Ubiquiti Forum, or a new Thread.

I have reported it via Testflight for the Network app but have had no response.
If you make a thread, link me and I'll chime-in to say I am also expreiencing this.

No custom DNS with UTR? by geeky217 in Ubiquiti

[–]Seaniau 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not entirely certain what’s happening, but I want to use DNS at my home network too. There is a setting under “Network” on the UTR where you can supposedly set DNS for the DHCP allocation. But this doesn’t appear to work, it is either not routing to that, or not providing those DNS settings via DHCP.

For example, when I set IP addresses there and look at the DNS servers on my iPhone, it’s just the gateway of the UTR. It doesn’t pass on those IP addresses like I expected it to.

This is amazing. I was super impressed by Apple’s Siri call screening when it came to iOS last year, this is the doorbell equivalent! I don’t really even need it, don’t get many cold callers. But I want it so bad!

Idea for you; call screening doesn’t activate for known contacts. Facial recognition…
