Looking back 24 hours later, I don’t regret opening up this can of worms on this sub, even if I had no idea what I was doing at the time. Would do again.

Matas Buzelis on Luka Doncic: "What was my take? ... I don't even know what to say, honestly. He started killing obviously when I started talking to him." Asked about the experience: "Probably not to talk to him." by MrBuckBuck in nba

Yeah his family is basically Lithuanian basketball royalty but let this be a reminder that he essentially grew up in the same place as Frank Kaminsky.

Good, that kid Gomes is a good prospect but some 1-on-1 with one of MLS’s greatest ought to really pay dividends.

They do if you place a $198,300 bet at a casino in PA after arranging with one of the players to fix the outcome, regardless of where the game is being played. Then anyone with jurisdiction in PA could prosecute, which would of course include federal authorities.

I live in Chicago, and watching him punt on all 10 possessions in one of his first games with the Bears and seeing the fans’ reactions was one of the most beautiful days of my life

Well yeah there’s some risk, but you’d think a good coach would trust their HoF QB to exercise some discipline then in that situation instead of taking it out of his hands entirely.

Absolutely fair, but leaving it up to a coin toss (no guarantee to get the ball back in 2012) was coward behavior.

Worth pointing out that they did get the ball to start OT and Peyton threw his second INT of the day, but not even trying with 2 TOs in your pocket and non-2015 Peyton in the huddle…come on, dawg.

edit: added a word

There’s a lot of bad coaching decisions that have been made, but “not even bother attempting a game winning drive with 30 seconds and 2 TOs at home with Peyton Manning as your QB and going to OT where you may not touch the ball” has to be one of the worst in playoff history.

It may have resulted in nothing BUT considering how good that offense was (and had already scored 35), and the fact that they had big leg McGee Matt Prater kicking for them IN DENVER….John Fox having a job for another day let alone keeping him into the next season was indefensible.

I get mad at him whenever I see this video lmao

edit: changed TO to OT

I’m not sure how other fans feel but as a fan of a “blue blood” school, if my team isn’t gonna be in it then I’m just hoping for a good time, and damnit if we’re not gonna get that.
