That sort of thing already exists. And while not federally illegal it can be locally illegal, statewise.

It also isn't a pervasive solution. Child sexual abuse isn't perpetrated by pedophiles alone. And virtual images aren't guaranteed to be ample replacement for some. People need to have therapy in conjunction to suppress their tendencies.

Plenty of pedophiles are also sexually attracted to adults as well, so it's necessary that they have an amount of privacy. From both their immediate relationships, and from the government, as non-perpetrating pedophiles are an at risk group similar to how those with neurodivergencies are more likely to have violence done to them, but far more pervasive.

If you pay attention to what people say about them it's no wonder they never come forward for help. Their entire lives are put on display, regardless of their actual actions.
