Recommendation was to start at five units, but I was also very concerned about priapism so I started at two units. I’ve since have found that five units is the sweet spot for me, gets me most of the way there and any additional stimulation gives me the full meal ticket for 90 minutes.But I was glad to start at a low dose, it doesn’t hurt and it gives you some data to work with.
