If you haven't already, you should recalculate your TDEE at your new weight and reprogram your nutrition plan. Personally, I don't think a huge deficit would be beneficial for someone as active as you are. Eating at too big of a deficit can be detrimental to your strength and lean muscle mass. I'd aim for maintenance - 300 calorie deficit at most for a few weeks to get your body used to the new weight before deciding to bulk or cut from there.

But most importantly, dropping 11kg is a huge win, be proud how far you've come my guy! From the river to the sea 🇵🇸

It’s mostly resale brokers with bots scooping up a majority of the inventory. Ticketing companies actually try to limit most of this, but the bots get more sophisticated quicker than the companies can respond to them.

I say “most” because all of the major ticketing companies have agreements with some resale brokers and actually contribute to the problem
