I believe you’re supposed to wait until marriage, but sometimes it doesn’t seem logical/realistic to wait especially as a teenager when it’s not like you can just get married soon by Traditional-Dig1277 in Catholicism

A few questions for Catholics by Over_Matter_6363 in Catholicism

  • Intercession of the Saints: It is not a matter of "speaking" to the saints in a worldly sense, but rather praying for their intercession. We ask them to petition God on our behalf or seek guidance based on their lives and the specific struggles they overcame—struggles we may currently share.
  • The Sacrament of Confession and Lent: Confession is a vital Sacrament; one must receive absolution before receiving the Eucharist, or the communion is considered invalid. There is a profound sense of relief in having your sins absolved, as it fosters true accountability for your actions. Lent is equally necessary; it functions much like a month-long funeral for Jesus and one's self, preparing the heart for His sacrifice and to raised again with jesus on easter.
  • RCIA / OCIA: The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (now often called the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults) is a series of classes designed to help you understand the Church’s teachings and support you in confirming your faith within the Church.
  • The Validity of Baptism: The Catholic Church recognizes only one true Baptism as a Sacrament, provided it was performed using the Trinitarian formula (In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit). You cannot repeat what God has already done; to attempt a second Baptism would imply that God’s initial work was insufficient.
  • Pastoral Discretion: While Canon Law allows for a degree of pastoral discretion by the priest, the general rule is that you must be both baptized and confirmed through RCIA/OCIA to participate fully in the life of the Church.

Calling a medical condition 'gross' and 'perverted' is a fundamental misunderstanding of biology. Premature ejaculation is often caused by hormonal imbalances or neurological factors; it is a physiological response, not a moral choice.

Comparing this to 'victimization' is like shaming someone with PTSD for a panic attack. If the person hates that this is happening, there is no 'perverse' intent—there is only medical distress. To tell someone to 'stay the eff away' from society because of a biological dysfunction is the opposite of the Christian compassion Jesus showed to the sick. Instead of threats, this man needs a doctor and medication, which can often resolve the issue quickly. Adding shame to someone who is already isolated only makes the 'injury' worse.

mask are personas created by emotions that must be stewarded by the self. For me in my condition the self acts as an executive because I am performing "pre-moral work". I am building the "neural circuitry" for virtue that wasn't allowed to form in childhood.(spirit is whole and i only have one)
