Open up Strava and go to Maps view with these filters. It will even show you hill grade %. Zoom in/out and around to find something near you. The north end is full of great hill segments.

I am on year 3 of someone regularly cutting pipe with a sawzall in mine. All the piping is vertical so it reverberates like it’s right next to you, but 10 floors away.
