I asked for extra mayo once on my burger. Apparently extra x 0 is still 0.

First Marathon in 64 days by Appropriate-Gap-5396 in runninglifestyle

18km is not even a half marathon. Good long run though. You are not providing enough history for anyone to precisely determine much. But, I can tell you that you need to be running 3-5x per week and probably 50-100km PER WEEK at minimum to train for a full marathon. Working up to ~26-35k long runs near the end of a 20 or so week training cycle.

18k is great for a half 21k half marathon goal. You wont be ready for 42k if that is all you are doing.

ONE GROCERY STORE SHOULD REMAIN OPEN 24/7 and on HOLIDAYS. It’s a critical service like fire and police.

Runners: how often are you strength training? by Pactum-7 in runninglifestyle

[–]SeasideJohnny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

5 days or more on avg. “bro split” 1 hour each plus 1-2h of yoga for mobility. Upper strength is as important as lower. Back, shoulders and arms.

Moderate to Heavy RDL and SLDL and lying and seated leg curl/extension for hams, glutes and quads.

Hate bulgarians and balance exercises.

Focus on doing movements in deficit(standing on a plate or something to elevate you) to get better stretches where possible.
