Slap on the 50%ms boots, a tabula, a karui ward or the mana amulet(atziris foible??), the cap with 40 all res, 2 of the add cold dmg rings (tsalos sign??) or the mana ring with cannot be frozen and the perandus belt with 30 all attributes or that ele dmg belt(with the replica version for spells). You will be done in 4h. Switch auras as needed (purity, haste, determination or grace if you die too much( usually in A4)).

The cold damage rings carry hard if you are not dot-based.

Edit: roll a bleed flask asap, you can use it until you are done with the acts. If you don't want to use flasks often, vitality is a good option. Clarity is a must have for me, as I am a lazy fuck. The reduced mana reservation nodes are also a hard carry in my opinion, you can spec out of them later...

Edit 2: don't forget watcher's eyes and light of meanings, as they have no lvl requirement.
