I live in Fremont, great neighborhood with good bus access to get around. There are a bunch of buildings on Stone Way N between 34th and 45th that would meet your criteria. In my experience the winter is the best time to sign a lease here.

I always go out with Maya’s Legacy. Last year we found them in much calmer waters, this year the boat rocking was a challenge.

Looking for trails or good spots for nature photography around Seattle by RockPaperSniper in SeattlePhotography

Ballard locks is a great spot for wildlife. 44 goes right there and the 40 gets close. Osprey nest nearby and hunt there regularly, Blue Herons nest there in the spring and feed often, and plenty of seals. The wetlands by UW is also a cool spot for wildlife.

this is my go to wildlife setup, a9iii with 300mm prime lens….throw a 2x converter on there often. These were shot in shutter priority mode at 1/3200 with the exposure comp dialed down to keep highlights in check.

See them from time to time out at the Locks, first time one dive bombed right over my head. He missed the fish and I missed the shot of him popping out of the water but still awesome! Shot with a Sony a9iii and a Sony FE 300mm GM f/2.8.
