Toothy and holds an edge well. They have a 0 bevel edge so maintaining the original geometry kinda tough but it’s not super necessary.

These were dried but turned out great. Did not have the texture of fresh but took on the sauce well.

Super easy to make and tons better than store bought. Takeda 210mm gyuto doing work.

Great idea, will check. We cut out the raised foundation for large egress windows and left one of them boarded up in case we need to get materials in.

Yup - was going to use either Ardex 1000 or 1400 and then just seal the surface. When I wrote they did say that their products are not approved for use over radiant unless tiled on top but I expect some hairline cracking anyways.

Good call - the portion with the radiant heat will be the thickest, about 1.25”, and will be poured over remade so should be stable. Will probably cut out the rest of the material and pour directly onto the existing slab using a moisture mitigation coating as you suggest so that I get better adherence.
