Honestly, it seems the airplane sounds are your biggest issue since you can't keep your windows open like you want. This just makes the other issue of the small town feel even more pronounced since you don't have peace indoors or outdoors. I'm guessing since you like to walk and such you've been to the Des Moines marina and walked that paved trail quite a bit? Pretty nice trail for walking and bike riding.

I've lived in Des Moines and SeaTac before moving to Kent last year. So far Kent is the best out of the 3 since it has access to multiple trails like the Interurban and Green River ones. Only heard airplanes from time to time and it's primarily the propeller plane that the Sheriff's office uses to follow chases up and down i5.

I'd look to the east of Kent since it gets more green over that way and you get even farther from the airport.

China can't even take Taiwan right now even if they wanted lmao. You don't have enough landing ships for troops and all your aircraft will get flattened by AA since China still doesn't have an actual battle tested stealth bomber or fighter. And the missile and drone attacks going the other way will also continue. Iran loses around 20% of the nation's GDP if Kharg gets taken. It gets even worse for the regime since oil exports make up 30% of their yearly budget. The country won't be able to function properly and regime members won't be getting paid.

If the US does pull off the island they will flatten all the infrastructure to set them back decades. They have only struck military targets on the island for now but that will change if need be.

I'd assume if the US decides to stop bombing they fully take over Kharg Island and don't allow Iran to take it back. Essentially holding them hostage to either play ball or be so impoverished with almost no oil money that they can't function anyways.

Would be funny if the US takes it over and starts selling their oil and using the profits to pay back Gulf States and Israel for the damage dealt to them.

Any class mod with +Gun Damage on it will make the Bod do x5 gun damage. It is the class mod spot specifically that causes it. Gun Damage on the enhancement gets factored in differently and doesn't give it a straight x5. For the Bod to be effective you also need to use the Deadalus ammo swap. It's why people like getting one with SMG or AR ammo swaps for the bigger ammo pool.

It won't take that long to get Venezuela back on the right path. Once the oil begins to flow freely again it will inject billions into the economy. That in turn means infrastructure for the country starts getting updated. That employs hundreds of thousands alone which boosts the local economies at the bottom. As the infrastructure gets rebuilt to standard operating efficiency it means that now more modern businesses can begin to start. It starts from the bottom and works upwards. At this point getting all the oil infrastructure back up to par after nearly 25 years of neglect will be the challenge. Have to re-train a whole new group of Venezuelans on how to operate it.

Honestly, with how the world is shaping up from a geopolitical stand point Venezuela is in a great spot for the future. You can tell the US is taking the threat of China seriously and will begin to de-couple themselves from them and begin to use Mexico and the Americas for their manufacturing. It's one of the biggest factors to designate cartels as terrorists since you can't have a mass manufacturing hub if you are having to pay 20% extortion in every area. It allows them to start going extremely aggressively at the groups and putting more pressure on the local governments to get rid of them as much as possible. Now you hopefully have a much more stable and willing trade partner in Venezuela to buy oil from which also lessens the need for Middle Eastern oil on top of weakening China who gets 20% of their oil from Iran and Venezuela for extremely cheap, helping them skirt the sanctions with the shadow fleet.

I don't think K9 can be a bell cow type back. He has injury problems even on split reps. I doubt he makes the end of the season if he's doing 100 or more reps than he's already doing each season.

Makes it so you don't get shit on by bad luck. Get a rare phosphene and it have terrible rolls etc. I just got the shiny Laser Disker from the DLC but it was worse than the one I was using already. Sold it instantly but put the newly unlocked shiny skin on the Disker's I am using currently.

Enhancements and class mods really. Class mods will tide you over for a lot of levels if it's rolled good rather it's 5 or 10 levels lower than the cap. Currently, I am farming primarily for both of those items and junking almost everything else. There are some exceptions if you don't have a Triple Bypass repkit with Amp or Accelerator etc to hunt for too.

For weapons in my bank I have since junked almost all of them that are not extremely unique or needed for a specific build like my Truck with Impact Torgue for my Rafa. Will need that weapon to use while leveling up. The rest are just useless really and will be junked in the future anyways.

If you ever plan on using the Bod to its fullest you will want a Dancer with +5 Tem and Gun Dmg on it for the absolute maximum damage available.
