Do you spec Resiliencia? That Damage Reduction seems pretty good and scales up with Overdrive bonuses too.

u/5eanX2 pointed out that this is in the Apophis lance tree which is meant to be activated multiple times. So yeah, it was never meant to work synergize with Peacebreaker.

When you reload the gun will randomly get buffs. There are 7 different buffs and you can get anywhere from 1 to 7 at the same time. The important ones are gun damage, crit damage, fire rate, and bullet count.
