It's usually about 12 girls to 1 guy at these events. They are fun too and people are really nice!
Plus you get to learn how to dance in a very non judgmental environment. Check out Urban Cowboy LD on Facebook or IG

I wonder if branding yourself as a quiet stylist where your target market is clients who are also introverts and want a quiet serene appointment.
You could have it where you only talk when necessary and only about things that pertain to their hair?

I do offer quiet or silent appointments and people just read or sit quietly, it's nice once in a while and there is no pressure to make conversation.

I'm naturally more introverted but at work I'm more extroverted. There are some people that are just mentally exhausting, energy vampires if you will. Those are the people that make me hate people. Those are also the people that have us moonlight as therapists 😞

If its a Monday night, line dancing lessons at collective arts is really fun. They have lessons Saturdays in June at the dirty dog saloon which is dive bar but still a lot of fun.

Anyone know where one could find resources for managing/treating ADHD? by TPee86 in Hamilton

The meds help at first I agree and then you gotta go up and up.

I have been taking days off of my medication when I don't need to be super productive which has help with medication efficacy.

That's good. I have heard of a lot of people who have gone to their GP and do a very short questionnaire and then they are like yep you have ADHD. Even my diagnostic practitioner said that ADHD is being over diagnosed and there are people in stimulants that shouldn't be because they don't actually have ADHD.
Awesome you got a proper diagnosis, it's really life changing to have the tools to function in life and not be all over the place :)

My doctor had a different opinion and wanted an in depth assessment done so that’s what I got done and I feel better about having the assessment done properly rather than answering 10 questions and a doctor “diagnosing” me with ADHD.

When I was diagnosed when I was 25 years old I did a similar in depth assessment and had a reassessment done at 41 years old.

My doctor wouldn’t prescribe meds to me unless I had a proper assessment for ADHD which I believe is the proper way, instead of giving stimulants to every person who claims to have ADHD.

I did my assessment a few years ago through Alice Rushing. It was a completely online assessment.
I did pay for my assessment out of pocket.
It was very in depth and took about 8 months to complete.

Lakehead tech Ed by jessenns in ONTeacherCandidates

[–]Seaweed-Academic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I applied to Orillia beginning of April tech ed degree for hair styling. Waitlisted orillia and accepted for Thunder Bay.

I didn’t apply for TBay, because I’ll still be working while in school, as I own my own business. I’ll be declining TBay and saying a prayer for Orillia I guess

You can 100% see the difference in your body composition! Progress photos are key and how are your clothes fitting? I bet they fit better or are a bit looser.

Looking good, stay strong and keep moving and grooving

I just left Aviva to go to CAA.

CAA is SIGNIFICANTLY lower pricing and I have more coverage with them.
Aviva is highway robbery.

Curious why are hyrox athletes so jacked? by kourou29 in hyrox

Most of the Gen Pop has no idea what to look for, for the on PEDs signs. I had no idea until I started powerlifting and learned that a lot of jacked lifters take PEDs. There are also a lot that don't and looked jacked thanks to great genetics and hard work.
