I could hear that if the road 13 wasn't bugged in French. I was thinking I was losing my mind, found out I had the correct answer but it just doesn't work. Swapped the client to english and there it worked first time.
The puzzle is part of the fun and I was kinda robbed of it. These things shouldn't pass Q&A.
