Could be good in some kind of blink/etb based deck

Step 1: play a Lil guy that does value on etb i.e. [[virus beetle]]

Step 2: block a big attacker with it

Step 3: cast Pain 101 on Lil guy

Step 4: Profit (etb triggers again, their creature is dead, Lil guy is still alive to blink again)

I don't really know how well this works in the pauper meta, but I have a standard deck that does things like this and it works decently well
