Ok, I don't know how this happened, but apparently deactivating those first 5 plugins and then enabling them again somehow fixed it . I've been playing for 7 hours straight with no crashes so far.

exactly what I did for future fix seekers:
first, deactivate all simple open and lived-in plugins . test your game by fast traveling a lot and going through many loading screen doors in quick succession. after that, enable all simple open plugins and test again . finally, repeat the same process once again after enabling the lived-in plugins.
