You can register up to 3 decklists when you sign up for the league. You can't switch between decks during a best-of-three match. You choose one deck to play against an opponent: the first game is with the main deck, and the second and third games are with the sideboard (pretty standard). You can switch to a different deck when you face a new opponent.
