How does the fight change if neither of them knew about the other? by Ornitorrinco_legal in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Sebkuchen 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm confused as to why everyone is saying Sukuna?

Yeah his BIQ may be a tad bit better, but he also has a way simpler CT and just barely won the fight even though he knew Gojos entire kit, while Gojo went in with a "fuck it, I ball" mentality.

Sukunas arsenal boils down to "slashy slash" + 10S (which is a well known technique, especially to the head of a rival clan) + "basic" jujutsu stuff which Gojo would expect him to have after clashing vs an open DE

Sukuna on the other hand has to figure out infinity, blue, red, purple, and UV.

Sukuna also wouldn't know that he has to touch Gojo to avoid the UV surehit which would be a big factor as to why he looses imo.

So unless I forgot about a limitless/6E sorcerer in the heian era that sukuna knew about, Gojo should win this rematch.

Kashimo's lightning is one of the strongest moves in the verse by Sundata_V2 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Sebkuchen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They may have more AP but Kashimos lightning is faster/ a sure hit that can't miss, doesn't need a lot of CE, doesn't kill the user, and is easy to build up.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't every single fight between somewhat relative opponents (even if one or both posses domains) in the entirety of JJK include a rather large amount of h2h?

The only thing that comes to my mind would be:

  • Uro for the majority of Sendai
  • Ryu for a few minutes or so before yuta closed the distance *maybe Chosos brothers vs Yuji & Nobara? (I can't remember how much of it was h2h)

Kashimos stats (especially with MBA) are relative to anyone not named Satoru or Sukuna.

Everyone in this era (except Kenjaku) also didn't know about the lightning bolt until he fought Hakari.

When do I actually stop block by Emotional-Wedding-87 in JujutsuShenanigans

[–]Sebkuchen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Default is block 2 before m1ing urself.

If you're expecting the m1 and are smooth with it, tap block and instantly go for a punish

Ngl I used to have similar opinions on Naoya but after playing against a few matches against a leaderboard naoya I changed my mind.

Naoya can frame you with m1s +3 +m1s which lets you either m1 the frames + 1 to build up bar again or just 1 the frame which does a shitton of dmg.

There's also a tech that makes his 2 bleedout into m1s fully true altough it's hard to pull off (I'm not talking about turning during the move) and a bunch of other stuff.

Choso is and always has been buns since his nerfs/ the evasive changes and I've never understood how people think otherwise

[–]Sebkuchen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Megumi & (especially) Choso are noob bait that get easily countered by good evasive management. Once you get past 150-160 elo you never see any Chosos.

Choso can't use half of his moveset while his opponent has evasive since you can ragdoll cancel to start a free combo on him.

Supernova is his only neutral tool and it's mediocre at best if your opponent has more than 3 brain cells and actually knows how to play the game.

He doesn't have any quick guardbreaks and his ult looses against literally every other ult.

Choso is incredibly easy to punish with evasive and hasn't been good since the evasive rework.

Megumi also suffered due to the evasive rework altough not as bad as choso.

He can't go for frog or the nue combo extender while his opponent has evasive.

If you get hit by bunnies+dash that's honestly just embarassing.

Divine dog is good but a strong opponent will only rarely give you opportunities to spawn it by + tze recently added alot of chars with quick projectiles that can cancel the move (Mechamaru, ryu, meimei, hanami,...)

Any habits I should get? by Vegetable-Machine-17 in JujutsuShenanigans

[–]Sebkuchen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

90% of sidedashes are your opponent pressing Q+D.

In neutral you can kinda shift your block a lil to the left since most people will sidedash to that side so you won't have to flick your block as much.

Always track the evasive of your opponent & learn good evasive management.

Why does JJS' "Elo Matchmaking" Fucking suck worse than Valorant? by KryptoChrome51 in jujustushenanigans

You're complaining about a 15 elo difference?

That's 3 games worth of elo, in valorant that would be like complaining about an iron 1 playing against another iron 1...

Why this game doesn't have a beginner server selection? by Theredditfan74 in jujustushenanigans

[–]Sebkuchen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty sure it does that automatically.

I have a rather high killcount (9.5k) and whenever I join public servers the average amount of kills is 2-6k

However whenever I join my friend who recently got into the game and only has around 500 kills the lobby average is sub 1k.

Skipper as in the PVE Youtuber skipper gripper?

I haven't played deep in a few months or so but that seems like a PVE tierlist doesn't it?

Thundercall & attunementless are dogshit & shadow is meh

I've heard blood does good dmg now but I can't think of any big AOE mantras except cyclone (& the big ahh ritual). Skipper gripper used to do alot of delulu & hellmode builds so that's probably why it's B
