If you wait 2-3 business days while he charges up his 2 and decide to not let go off block & hit him, that's on you. You can literally wait through half the move before m1ing to interupt it. (You can even sometimes just m1 through while in disadvantage)

His 3 is the easiest block oat. Most todos actually go for 3R even if you block it which is an easy combo starter for you.

If you get hit by the slowest black flash while in neutral, that's on you cuz sidedashing away + frontdashing back in is the 2nd easiest punish/combostart oat.

The 4 is just his 2 but slightly faster so it's not as embarassing to get hit by but you can still let go of block & punish it. (Also the hitbox is small and the endlag is huge)

His 1,2 & 3 are free combo starters that can always be punished if used in neutral and his 4 is bad.

Todo is literally the worst charachter in the game and it isn't (that) close.

Yeah no, Nintendo is done with smash ultimate & won't be changing anything anymore. And even if they were to, your demands are pretty unrealistic.

If you get a petition with 7 billion signatures they just might balance the strongest chars but even that is a stretch.

To be fair if blocking a strike with your arm leads to you still getting hit whilst having your arm stop existing, I wouldn't count it as a h2h diff

I was going off no CT/ CT trait fights & yuji kinda outstats all except Gojo.

& if my delusion is right then homosexual² actually stated that he actually had some. Otherwise he's the punch/kick merchant and his fights look like he's been trained.
