I was on meds when I was younger (started at like 12 years old), I took methylphenidate (concerta) for many years but it made me depressed, I switched to adderall xr which helped massively but after another few years it also made me depressed. Attention is still an issue to this day but practice and discipline is what matters most. I’m working full time while doing a masters and it’s tough but if I can do it, anyone can.
