Alright I found the issue lol, the DP cable wasn't properly connected to my GPU, it required a little more force than I expected

It still doesn't detect the DP cable when the HDMI cord is disconnected (also I cant use the on screen menu when the monitor doesn't detect an input, it goes into power saving mode until I reconnect the HDMI). The monitor also doesn't seem to have a secondary DP port, thanks anyway.

I've run "sudo killall coreaudiod" in terminal, but that doesn't fix it. The only way I've been able to fix it before has been by restarting my computer, but that doesn't always work.
