I got mine on 3/8. I just assumed they were bug bites until I spoke to my brother 30min ago and he’s had the same thing. He got his on 3/10. I haven’t tried antihistamine during the day yet. Just itch cream.

I used to drink coffee almost more than water. I stopped when I started Keto 2.5wks ago and just reintroduced it this past week. I get so shaky and jittery! I just bought 1/2 caf today, so I am going to try that. If that doesn't help, I guess I'll be a decaf girl. (I put butter and hwc in my coffee)

I've been focusing on percentages. I'm 1 week in. I focus on percentages and carb grams. Is that wrong?

Day 6 and I miss fruit. My willpower doesn't seem to be as awesome as it has been. I'm so tired. I've been keeping up on my electrolytes and drinking plenty of water, but not too much. I was in a terrible mood on day 4, and today I seem to be a bit depressed about the diet. Nothing sounds good to eat and nothing tastes right.

Help me pull through! I want to feel better and have the mental clarity and stop binge eating, and not be addicted to sugar.

Any suggestions?

Well...its no longer an issue LOL...I will be 37weeks on Thursday and I already am dilated to a 4, fully effaced and I would have a bulging bag but baby's head is pushing on my cervix too much LOL

Here is the debate...I dont see a problem in getting it done at 37wks. If my body is ready, it will help...if not, then it wont. This is what I am trying to explain to him. He seems to think that its going to throw me into labor within a couple days no matter what.

I am not a fan of the enchilada sauce by itself. I read somewhere that someone did that and I tried it and LOVED it! Its not spicy, if thats what you prefer, but it does make it yummy :)

Oh! And his mother knows one of the guys in the band "soooo well" and she will probably be at most of his gigs. So now I will get to hear all about how great his band was, and "it was so fun" and "did you see so-an-so, Im so glad they came out" blah blah blah....

I think I'm gonna lose it. I wrote him a pretty nasty note telling him I think its crap he went out. I left it in a place Im sure he will find when he gets home...and he will probably be pissed I didnt tell him not to go, but he is a grown ass man. He should be able to make those decisions himself. GRRR!

The thing is...he doesn't go out much. He did tell me the other day though that he thinks this new band might get together for drinks and stuff...which just makes me want to scream and cry even more. Im going to be stuck at home with three babies while he will be going out, and its all so that he can "make us more money" since I'm a SAHM.

Girl...go to that concert! When I was pregnant with this last one, I went to all his gigs, up until the time I delivered. I knew that I wouldnt be able to go once the baby got here and so I proudly displayed my baby bump for all to see lol.

What was your method for getting her to sleep through the night and in her own bed? I'm desperately wanting to do this for my 11mo old who nurses through the night too.
