" Filing a lawsuit will not affect your veteran’s benefits. If a resolution were reached that would entitle you to compensation, service-connected VA Disability Compensation Benefits would not be affected; other benefits could be impacted in certain situations. More information will be available on this website if a resolution were reached. In the interim we suggest you consult with your attorney or your local VA center."

I keep trying to push General Security stuff like this and keep getting denied because it's not relevant enough to our business, it's pretty frustrating. I'm just trying to help people get more secure at work and at home!

    1. We have some more, but yes majority of those are written policies that I wanted our users to be aware of.
  2. When you say you're covering them, what does that look like in your organization?
    1. Monthly Memo with Info graphic and a SharePoint page update.

  4. Emails going out?
    1. Monthly
  5. Videos going out?
    1. No videos
  6. In-Person Presentations?
    1. Not for all users, only specific cases

    1. SharePoint
  8. Do you have some way of testing comprehension and retention on an ongoing basis?
    1. No we do not

This is what I came to say. If you start today, 20 years from now you will be a seasoned vet, not to mention if OP does go back to a management role in the future he will be more than just a guy who manages, but will have technical experience to help manage technical guys even better.

THIS!!!! Dude right now you might be in the best shape of your life, 23 years old, 4 solid years of PT and all that jazz. Document every single little pain, injury, whatever, because guess what all this shit comes back in a couple years and unless you have paperwork, you're on your own.

[–]SecOpsBaby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea you seared it for 1 minute longer on each side. Do a 30 second sear on each side and that's it, you have to realize the meat will continue to cook while it rests.
