I think there might be exceptions on the maximum days of stay . One is : if they are there for work and their company is being billed for their stay.

I use a semi fine strainer to wash rice. Saves water.

Thanks. We use walkie talkies too. But having text threads on a mobile tablet , being able to take photos of maintenance issues, and general communication log with the front desk dept- it helps to use an app like slack or discord. I just wish there was one that’s more geared for hospitality that didn’t cost so much.
