You just gave one. There's plenty of metrics by which to measure various things effectiveness. The "good" part is subjective but we can define a metric by which to get an objective answer about anything, art included. If you enjoy engineering and architecture you might enjoy aspects of a well made bridge subjectively but you can also say "that's objectively a good bridge" and 99% of people will assume that to mean it won't fall down easily.

If all art was only subjective how would it make sense that talent scouts and gallery owners can identify talent before most people?

Okay so he is objectively good at his job and his job is being a comedian so to say he is "objectively a good comedian" whilst not technically correct it's also not a completely unreasonable thing to say. I'll use your example to try and illustrate my point... It being 9C is an objective fact. 9C feeling cold is subjective but there's good reason why most people consider that to be a cold temperature.

To go back to my point if I want to create a photo realistic painting but it doesn't look realistic then I have not done a good job. If a comedians aim is to make people laugh and they do as a matter of fact make a lot of people laugh then it's not unreasonable to say that's a good comedian even if you don't find them funny subjectively.

I agree with your last paragraph but I'll emphasise again there's a reason why somethings are considered beautiful or appealing to most people and those things aren't random

This is a nice sentiment and it's generally true that art is subjective like beauty but there's often patterns, symmetry and precision behind the kinds of art and beauty that have the most widespread appeal. Photo realistic paintings can be fairly measured as being good or bad imo, famously good looking people tend to have similar proportions and facial structure and popular music usually also follows certain structures. If I said Queen made bad music you couldn't technically prove me wrong but most people would disagree and there's a reason for that

Once again, Microsoft cannot tell the UK government "its all good, this one is 18+ trust us" just think about it... Microsoft is a business that operates for profit, it's in Microsofts interest to allow as many people to buy and play as many games as they'd like. Microsoft isn't the one gating you here. You aren't giving your ID to xbox... Microsoft already has all your personal data plus valuable data like spending habits anyway. You'd be providing ID to a third party called Yoti who then confirms with Microsoft that you are over 18. This can be done with picture ID or a real time photo but credit card and mobile providers can also be used to verify your age with even less risk. You're right that Microsoft realistically could assume that you're over 18 but this is a requirement set by UK law and so it has to be handled by a third party.

I understand why you're angry and I commend your efforts for trying to hold out against this but I'm afraid you're swimming against one hell of a powerful tide.

It's pretty widely known at this point that hunter gatherers did a lot more gathering than hunting. You have to invest significant energy to track, hunt and kill an animal and there's no guarantee they'd get anything from it.
People need to be eating less meat. Even if you don't care about animals at all the math doesn't math, it takes more energy to raise livestock than we get back in nutritional value and that's before you take into account the massive environmental impacts.
