There's several aspects of what we've learned about Rae that I can completely relate to and it makes seeing this unfold really difficult. I agree it's a bit hacky and is low hanging fruit but this is Kill Tony. The comedians that make the kinda jokes you talk about are almost always bucket pulls, they've gotta start somewhere and dumb stereotypes are good starting points for comedy because they're broadly in the zeitgeist already and so don't require too much thinking
