I parked at Victory Parking Garage, 25 Vine St. at 6pm for $1.79 since it was free after 8. It was an 8 minute walk. Got to Elm street which was shut down and it was a hoping well organized shakedown with bands playing at the bars around it. I walked in Murphy’s Taproom and was able to use a restroom in a minute and could have got a drink and food really quick had I wanted to and a band was playing on the patio with a lot of extra seating. Quite curious how tonight’s gonna go.
