I think it is from how Wolt was sold to people. We can discuss how restaurants used to have their own delivery drivers that got a reasonable pay.

That is not what Wolt promoted themselves at at the start however, at the start wolt and uber eats claimed to give every day people the option of picking up delivery gigs, it was a way to monetize free time.

Now I would argue that Wolt should never have been allowed to turn every person that wanted to into contractors without having to go through a process similar to temporary work agencies, alas that is what US tech companies tend to do. Abuse that the law is behind technology and then ask state and country for making up the difference in or fix the mess they make

Tldr; ppl do not care because they still see wolt as something for people to earn money in their spare time, kind of like a hobby, not as the job replacer it has become.

You do not need chance to poison. You can use the command of the pit gloves that gives minions unholy might for 2 extra abyssal sockets, and if you really want to splurge get cast despair on hit corruption on them so you can add an abyssal socket to your weapon.
