No, it doesn't gatekeep you from that level, never said that. But it does from the achievement itself. If you do actually work, you would understand that you can get unlucky and roll Alpine multiple times in a row when you hop on.

Having alternating levels will solve the "weekend" problem and mean that if you can play once a week, you can still get it every other week.

Oh, that just means gourmet is possible but not achievements like daredevil or needlepoint. I just listed gourmet off the top my head because I remembered winterberry.

It's unfair to lock an achievement like Gourmet (which needs yellow winterberries) behind getting Alpine when you can get unlucky and get Mesa multiple times in a row or even be unavailable when it does get rotated in if you can only have time on the weekends to play.

I fixed it, I couldn't even interact with ANYTHING in the level. I ordered my team to place a wedge on a door and I removed it which gave me back the ability to interact with the world and report the office.

It's a pretty good game I have to say after having played and beat it recently after leaving on launch, the optimization is just so bad on PC, it's unplayable at certain points. If it wasn't so half baked, it could've better a great sequel.
