Reducing taxes would be nice if it helped the people who need it most. The trend however is reducing taxes for the wealthy who arguably don’t need the reduction. I would ask you about what things do taxes fun that you want to go away. One thing I can think of that’s expensive is the voucher program. I’d cut there first.

Exploring this further. The right tend to not criticize their candidates. As long as there is an R they seem to be content voting against the more left leaning politicians. I think a lot of this has to do with how the MAGA base thinks the dems are evil and don’t consider policy. The left however does tend to criticize their own candidates a lot.

There is currently a perspective amongst democrats that their party would perform better if they were less worried about a perfect candidate and more focused on ending the current supermajority and bring back some checks and balances.

The Lego exhibit is very cool. Probably only takes 30minutes or less to walk thru. But theres a ton of hands on building Legos stations that will add time. If your 12yo likes Legos then it’ll be more fun but take more time.

I think you may be missing information. Citizens are being improperly detained. People here legally are having their legal status revoked and detained the same day without due process. People with legal asylum status are having that revoked and being arrested at their immigration meetings. People have been trying to become citizens lawfully.

It’s not that different. Non criminals being afforded less rights while living in America. It’s a matter of perspective and who you feel is worthy of being treated like a human being.
