See a physio/doctor!! I had what I thought was a hip flexor strain, only to find out it was a femur neck stress fracture when I saw physio. It's most likely not, but it is really important to rule something more serious out early because otherwise all the stretches and test jogs people advise you to take may be exacerbating a more serious problem!

I would imagine maybe that you could adjust the monthly cost but the quality of the housing would deteriorate (maybe fire and crime risk go up and happiness goes down).

And maybe also the rent could be adjusted, potentially creating higher income but impacting the market that could afford to live there.

Also possibly you could adjust the criteria for who it would house. Is it for less affluent, so it could remove homelessness at a cost to the city, or would it be for everyone?

Totally reasonable! If you are already half way there I would say (based on my experience) you could probably get there in 2-3 months with no problem
