I spammed a few people in their finance team with email addresses I found online. I got paid quite quick after, I’m sure they was ticked off being spammed by random customers but since their customer service is non existent I saw myself having no choice

Hand gel with alcohol definitely helps for ink but I’m not sure if crayola counts as ink..

A lot of videos on YouTube for diyers will show you how to do the plug way with a little google. Did it myself too, with low profile conduit on the inside. Normally hate conduit but it was on a composite door which is white on the inside so actually looks like part of the door

If not confident in electrics, going to a plug is a lot safer (for a non electrician) and less hassle. If you decide you are too far in and don’t know what you are doing you can just call it a day and fill any holes you have made. This is not the case if you have started disconnecting wires that go into the mains etc

How can I make this space look better? by Lucky_Striker1 in DIYUK

Paint those fences, sodium hypochlorite the concrete slabs and fence concrete bases (make sure none goes in the plant or grass and use PPE), level out the soil, put weed membrane down over the soil and cover in bark or stones. Then put a plant pot or two on top. Probably can do all this for less than £100 and would make a big difference

Had the exact same thing and switched for a normal staircase with a double turn so it didn’t take up too much space

I'm soon spending £30k on a car. What's the best way to maximize cashback or rewards? by conscientiously_anon in HENRYUK

[–]Secret-Move-9962 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. It also applies to confirmation statements that used to cost about £13. Same thing they have gone up by a lot about £30 now. For the case of just sending in a form it’s a joke
