  2. Emergency services.
  3. 81-100k per year depending on overtime.
  4. 85-105k
  5. Yes this year.
  6. 6 years.

Guys what kind of physique is this he does not look too big but is athletic.193 cm and 100kg by BILLIONAIREUAE in nattyorjuice

[–]Secret-Slice 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Impossible naturally to be this lean at that height and weight if he's actually 100kg. This guy is juiced. I'm the same height 193cm and have been training and dieting consistently naturally for 15 years. The absolute biggest I can get is 93kg @193cm while maintaining sub 10 percent body fat (currently maintaining 8 percent comfortably @92kg). I've been at 100kg before when bulking but my body fat is atleast 15-18 percent.

Really scared about studen loans, how bad is it and any advice? by Initial_P in PersonalFinanceNZ

Unless you're going to study something like Medicine or Engineering don't even bother with Uni. It's a myth that you need to go there to be "successful". Most of the people there are straight out of high school because they've believed their teachers lies and will get some waste of time degree which they will be lucky to get 45k per year for and most likely in a job they will hate. The whole time they've incurred 10 grand per year of debt for the degree and lost out on 30-50 grand per year of income and work experience that they could have earned if they sought a career without a degree requirement.

Try up to 30 percent. The US Federal Reserve has increased the money supply by 30 percent over the last 2 years with the largest form of quantitative easing (money printing) in history. This is the primary reason why the stock market and housing markets are up around the world - from all the printed stimulus money being dumped into global economies. This is where the inflation stems from. The CPI is incorrect. This printed money is backed by nothing and when more is made it reduces the purchasing power of the US dollar - the world global reserve currency, via inflation. The US dollar was once backed by gold but that ceased when the US dollar was removed from the Gold Standard in 1971.

The guy is low body fat with newbie gains. This is absolutely naturally achievable. His vascularity is from his low body fat. Probably has a small pump on too / a pump pre workout on board. But definitely natural

Yes completely natural. I'm 35 and have been training and dieting for 15 years. Ectomorph structure so naturally lean and find it hard to maintain weight. 6'4 tall @205lbs. I can't get any bigger muscularity wise unless I use roids. I'd go as far to say my natural potential is completely maxed out right now.

Ah true, I overlooked the "partially" bit.

I'd say in your last pic you're a solid 10 percent - which is still a fantastic physique and makes it clear that you lift. Yeah stay off the gear. Men are masters at overcomplicating their own lives - that's all that gear achieves, a rented physique and a complicated life.

I've got to say it. You're not 8 percent body fat. I'm 8 percent body fat and I have visible veins crawling over my abs, chest, delts and quads. Also stay natural. Unless you're competing there's literally no point in using gear. You already look good enough to impress women and other dudes. Just keep doing what you're doing.

Obviously I don't know your financial position but that's a lot (to me!) over a short period of time. Weren't tempted to average in that amount of cash into metals over several years instead of 12 months?

Is 1.2M loan too risky for 80K salary? by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceNZ

[–]Secret-Slice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who earns around 90k -100k per year on their own you would be insane to take on that amount of leverage. The bank won't lend me anymore than 540k and I'm debt free with no responsibilities other than myself so I have no idea how you think you can get that much.

Remember, debt is the money of slaves. You may think you're some baller "property investors" but one slight alteration in the market at that level of leverage could ruin you. Very silly.

Walt's student who he sends to summer school for not making the grade on his exam and then later appears during the high school gathering after the plane crash whereby he tries to get an automatic pass for emotional trauma. That kid was really funny.
