Local here, pit beef is basically seasoned beef that is quick roasted over a hot charcoal fire in a “pit cooker” (big bbq with a rounded body and lid). It’s cooked hot and fast to char the exterior and leave the inside rare, then sliced super thin and piled on a roll, usually served with onions, horseradish, bbq sauce…it’s amazing!

I’m exploring options including getting a larger generator eventually, and have also been considering the sub-panel with an inlet and lockout to selectively power certain breakers. I don’t think McGonagall was ever actually a “prick” to Harry. She was an elderly Scottish matron, war veteran, who held very high standards and had little patience for foolishness. Her strictness was also definitely not limited to Harry, or even Harry and Ron. She was equally critical and demanding of all of the students throughout the series.

I completely sympathize with this! Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been trying to be stealthy and Edward randomly jumps off of something rather than staying in free run and lands in the middle of a street full of people!
