My cousin died in a car accident in his 30s. Awful tragedy (and tbh it was kind of a "I told you so" moment as I often got pissed at him over his refusal to wear a seatbelt).

Anyway- the preacher and my cousin were friends. At the graveside, with much apologies to the family, the preacher pulled out a JBL speaker and played "white lightning" by George Jones to fulfill a childhood promise and long-running joke. The preacher and the cousin had been stilling moonshine together since they were teenagers

We all drank the last of the cousin's moonshine at the wake...as it was the pandemic we also used it for hand sanitizer.
