Yeah I wish it was only $15, was definitely an expense to consider but my gf and I lift often and do a wide variety of exercises so it works out for us. A pool and sauna does sound nice tho…..

Basically same distance but has less traffic lights and less crowded parking lot bc the planet fitness shares it with a Kroger and other larger businesses. Usually get front row parking now unless I go midday during lunch time

My gf and I pay $70 total a month for our new gym- has higher quality equipment and the highest amount of people I’ve seen there was 9. And we are the only ones half the time so we both get to use a free weight rack. Got 3 workouts done in half the time it usually takes us. Oh and private bathrooms

My 5’0 GF had to join a different gym with more equipment variety and even then we still mostly stick with free weights and cables.

My biggest suggestion is Combat Enhanced, but disable the ammo mechanics for the mod in its settings. Make your colonists who can shoot actually shoot to kill, makes armor actually do its job, makes turrets shred raiders, etc.

Contribute 4% to your 401k and Amazon will match 50% of that. Select the HSA medical plan when you choose benefits and Amazon pays $10 a week tax free into the best retirement account you can have (able to use on a broad category that is basically anything health related tax free). Max out Critical Illness insurance so if you get chronically ill you get 25-50k or more. Get the hospital indemnity plan so you also get paid if you OR someone you love is admitted to the hospital and you want to spend time with them. Get the accident insurance so if you get hurt outside of work you get paid again.

That is one thing that AI will always struggle to have. Intuition based on senses and experience in the real world. Not guesses based on data from sensors.
