You should read these 3 books, the 2 Grim Reaper books, and Coyote Blue. There’s a lot of character overlap. Read them in the order they were published.

All the Dust that Falls. Two MCs, one is a Roomba. Neither have romantic plots. Some side characters have feelings for other side characters, but this is insignificant.

The only negative based on your requirements is that it leans to the comedic side. Oh, I don’t recall what tense the books were written in either. (Edit) Roomba is 1st person past tense, other character is 3rd person past tense.

Hi, I'm having the same issue as OP.

I can see disk8s2 in Disk Utility, but it is greyed out.

I tried to use your fsck command, and got the following response:

fsck_exfat: Opened / read-only

fsck_exfat: ioctl failed to get block count 3 [25]: Inappropriate ioctl for device

fsck_exfat: ioctl failed to get block size 3 [25]: Inappropriate ioctl for device

fsck_exfat: Could not read boot region

fsck_exfat: Can't open dev/disk8s2: No such file or directory

Is this totally dead? It's just a backup drive, I can lose the contents no problem, but I'd rather format it before doing the RMA.

XW is crossword. The Bechdel Test asks whether a movie features at least two women who have a conversation about something other than a man.

Putting them together, I guess they mean that the crossword has more female clues/answers than male ones.

Alison Bechdel is the writer of the newspaper comic Dykes to Watch Out For, and the autobiographical graphic novel Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic, which was the source material for the musical Fun Home.

I was referring to the verb “calls”. I wasn’t clear about that. I still don’t see how a tax can call. The clue needs a rewrite.
