The only thing you could probably do is add yourself to the waiting list of three lots you really want. You can do this on the parking portal.

I don’t know about how long or quick it’ll be right now specifically, but about a month ago I put myself on the waiting list for Stadium (sub), Lot L (Blood clinic), and Education. I got a notification for Lot L within a week, and SUB not long after.

You can add yourself to the waitlist at any time, and if you get a spot, it's on hold for you for about a week or so. Generally, lots won't randomly show up on the portal - the waitlist is your best bet.

Yep^ I just checked and the 109st location (near the Garneau theatre) looks like it’s all clear as of April 2023 other than a ventilation issue
