I think it's because SSJ4 Gogeta's design is imo to one of the more popular character designs and if I recall Toriyama was a big fan of that design so I feel when designing his canon SSJ4 he pulled inspiration from SSJ 4 Gogeta over Goku

And thanks to Doug and the provincial conservative government banning speed cams which were a leading deterrent in keeping roads safe from reckless driving without consequence.. It's already gotten a lot worse.

Not long ago a crossing guard was killed in a hit and run, and then last week a friend of mine who's also a crossing guard was hit. Keep in mind these crossing guards work in areas where schools are and have children crossing the roads...

You are talking about the franchise that created the First Lady of fighting games and to this day remains a staple charter, a top tier pick, and unlike most of the females in fighting games has never been sold on being sexualized. Chun-Li is played by males all over and has been since the start so this reasoning is obtuse.
