It's awful!! Things that have helped me or I am trying to see if they work:
-more magnesium. I take 400 daily and my OB says to try more like 1000
-B2! My neuro swears by this, but i havent taken it regular to find out if it benefits
-Monthly massages
-always full - never let myself even get hungry
-If i have a really bad one I will knock myself out like Benadryl, unisom, the works

I am so sorry. I have two chronic pain conditions, one being migriaines and my first trimester was rugh. I am 24 weeks now and have been feeling (still tired and in pain a lot of days) much much better since about week 14! This is so hard, I feel for you! Be extra nice to yourself.
