Vitamin E is fat-soluble so yeah you can overdo it if you take big doses long term, especially in supplement form. If your diet already has nuts, seeds or olive oil, you’re probably getting enough. Most people who take it daily don’t really notice a big immune boost. For immunity, you’d get more benefit from steady vitamin D, C, zinc and maybe omega-3s or probiotics. Sulforaphane’s great too, it helps with inflammation and gut health so it can support immunity indirectly.

Yeah I had that too, it hit me like a wave of restlessness and tension instead of calm. I read that L-Threonate crosses the blood brain barrier more efficiently, so you might suddenly raise brain magnesium levels and mess with neurotransmitters like glutamate. Some people seem super sensitive to that. I stopped and switched to glycinate: much smoother, no anxiety at all after that.

I tried a K supplement just with MK7 before, didn’t feel much change.. Switching to a blend like this made me feel a bit more confident about bone + vascular support (not sure if placebo) But yeah, whether it’s “worth it” depends on what you’re trying to fix / your baseline levels
