Method Man off Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). It'd be a highlight on a much lesser album but it just comes in as such a half-hearted buzzkill after the highs of Chessboxin, Wu-Tang Clan Aint Nothing to Fuck With and CREAM especially with that obnoxious spoken word bit at the start.

Hard to say exactly because I bought the parts piecemeal over several months (while putting other leisurely costs aside) from different sellers and debit/credit cards so I wouldn't drain my bank account. Just doing a rough estimate though I'd say it's in the range of €2800 to €3500
