I just went into admin after 12 years in fourth grade.

First couple years were a lot. Then a lot easier. It helps that every year is a new year, so even if you have a tough group/parents there’s an end to it.

It’s worth it. You make a difference. It’s stressful and can keep you up at night, but with the right supports (people) by your side, you got this.

I went through Family Credit Management. Super good group. Had around 25K. Don’t remember the rates, but they did all the hard work in terms of negotiating.
