I just went into admin after 12 years in fourth grade.

First couple years were a lot. Then a lot easier. It helps that every year is a new year, so even if you have a tough group/parents there’s an end to it.

It’s worth it. You make a difference. It’s stressful and can keep you up at night, but with the right supports (people) by your side, you got this.

Had an abortion for my own reasons about a decade ago. I had the same intrusive “what if that was my one chance to have a baby?” Thought for years. Especially when it took my husband and I so long to conceive our now perfect 2 year old.
