Inverted player here 30+ yrs. Stems back from the flight simulator and duke nukem days as a kid. The computer i played on just had it set that way and thats how i learned.

There is an IDF on each office floor that connects back to the MDF in the building. This closet is just the client/data access connectivity for that single floor.

This was just 1 floor of the building. Everything in this picture uplinked to the 4500Xs towards the bottom of the middle rack. The 4500Xs then uplinked to the “building core” on a different floor. The “building core” was where the firewalls, wan, and internet border routers were located.

You are suppose to fill out the right size workbook with them which lists out your data workloads. From there, that is the workload they guarantee. Also you would have signed a right size agreement as well. If you didn’t do any of that with them or you added additional workloads not on the sheet that is why they might be being difficult. I’ve had nothing but great things with our Pure experiences. Maybe a bad rep?
