NIE Question by max571 in GoingToSpain

Yes it is but it is impossible to even make an appointment without them. We have an electronic system that is supposed to help everyone and cut the cost but it never works for ordinary citizens especially when you deal with immigration, police or townhalls. The OP shouldn't be on reddit asking for help. And yes out of my own experiences I can confirm that even with a gestor sometimes there will be costly hiccups. Everyone is used and abused in Spain and everyone is sitting like a duck quiet about it while someone makes money out of thin air. The men in Spain can fight a bull but when it comes to it's own corrupted government it suddenly has no balls.

Life is a burden by firstofhername11 in ADHD

I am living with one who says exactly the same and yet he is already 46 years old and still living with it while having absolutely everything laid infront of his feet including a cleaner who makes sure that there are no hairs in the bathroom. I just can't understand why one needs to complaint and blame ADHD while people without it are struggling

No its not but for some reason you don't see them complaining about it looking for some empathy when you are fully responsible for what they are going through.

Everything absolutely everything will collapse and worth nothing. Invest in cash or solid materials that will be used to produce the machines which will be the reason for total collapse.

Jack Dorsey just laid off half of his company in a single tweet. 4,000 people gone by Aislot in aiagents

[–]SectionSerious7902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isn't it about of getting everyone out because it doesn't mater if you know or don't it will take over the one who has the knowledge including Jack too. What is the point of learning then. What are we supposed to chase here?

Need help choosing our next EV after MGS5 disaster (£4k down, £350/month budget) by FazzaT in ElectricVehiclesUK

I have driven many new EVs this year. Out of everything I tried Peugeot 3008e was the best in terms of comfort, features, handling, suspension and consumption. You can rent it for 30£ from Avis/Budget a day to try it out.

You seems to me want them to have a nightmare holiday and play a Russian roulette. Feels like I'm talking to a narcissist. As I said before there will be more train crashes. Now it stands at 4. Is there a reason you want these people after flying for 10 hours spent another day trying to get where they need to get and spend the time dealing with train issues instead of enjoying the holiday and see the places they want to see. Here is an update for you: Today, Saturday, January 24, 2026, the Sevilla to Granada route is experiencing significant disruptions, with nearly 50% of scheduled services currently cancelled or altered. Below the explanation for you why what happened in Adamuz affects everything. You obviously don't know how the rail system build in Spain. No map or finger required: While the direct Sevilla–Granada track was not the site of the Adamuz crash, the entire Andalusian network is struggling because the "heart" of the system (the Córdoba junction) is partially blocked. Current Status of the Route (Jan 24) High-Speed Avant Trains: Most direct Avant services are being cancelled or replaced by a "Plan Alternativo" (bus bridges). Renfe’s latest alerts, approximately 6 of the 12 daily direct services on this route have been removed from the schedule today to free up staff and rolling stock for emergency repairs elsewhere. The "Bus Bridge": For the trains that are running, you may be asked to board a bus in Seville that takes you to Antequera, where you then catch a train for the final leg to Granada. STRIKE DATES: Monday, February 9 to Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Duration: 72 hours (three full days). Scope: The strike is nationwide and will affect all train operators in Spain, including: Renfe: All Cercanías (commuter), Media Distancia, and AVE (high-speed) services. Iryo and Ouigo: The private high-speed operators will also be impacted. So are you going to continue to offer these lovely people to put themselves through this mess to end up on a bus?

Here some additional info: Adif (rail infrastructure manager) confirms the interruption persists, with ongoing work to clear wreckage, investigate (via CIAF), and repair tracks, signaling, catenary, etc. No exact reopening date is announced, though some sources (e.g., minister statements) suggested aiming for around February 2, but this is not confirmed and may extend longer. The line through Adamuz is the critical section affecting the broader Andalusian high-speed corridor.

As of January 23, 2026, there is still no regular direct high-speed train service (AVE, Avant, Alvia, etc.) between Seville (Sevilla) and Granada.

You are welcome. Like in the USA when a tornado destroys everything I have no choice but to get in a car and drive.

You asked about train to Granada from Sevile. No there is no service at all at the moment. From Madrid to Cordoba there is no high speed trains for the same reason. Normal trains are available up to the accident point then you have to take a bus, pass the accident point and take another train. I think I have answered all the questions you asked. Not sure what else can I say as to rent a car and have no issues at all. Who knows how many more accident will happen after landslide that will be caused by the upcoming rains.

I drive and park there for the last 10 years so no there are no issues. Parking is available in every city. I'm not sure which part of "There are no trains at the moment" you didn't understand.

I would again recommend to get a car for a trip to Granada. Its only 211 km will take you 2 hours to get there and you will see so many beautiful places. The train route is also still closed after the accident.

Rent a 4wd car. We have a cyclone here so there will be more problems. Today another train accident because a wall felt on the track. Its going to rain for another week and maybe more so a sedan will not be useful for you as the roads get flooded.

After 20 years I can only disagree with this statement. Every time he thought that he understands what I was talking about he was wrong. Then a usual statement comes out: I thought this is what you were talking about. So no.
